Regional Operations Manager
£72,000 + £3,500 Car Allowance / 37.5 hours / Perm / Days / Midlands
My client is a well respected health care provider with 28 homes across the country who are now looking for a Regional Operations Manager to look after 5 homes located in Buckingham, Coventry, Codsall, Matlock and possibly Sheffield. With an excellent Senior Management set up this is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and forward thinking provider.

The duties for the Regional Operations Manager:
- Oversee and manage multiple home care locations within the region
- Ensure high-quality care is provided to clients in accordance with company standards
- Develop and implement strategies to meet operational goals and objectives
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of each location and make necessary adjustments
- Provide leadership and guidance to location managers and staff
- Collaborate with other regional managers to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements for the Regional Operations Manager:
- Strong leadership and management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and delegate tasks
- Knowledge of home care industry regulations and best practices
- Experience in medication administration
