We are currently looking for a dedicated, Nurse Qualified Registered Manager for a medium-sized care home in St Helens. This home provides care for a diverse range of needs, including early-onset dementia, physical disabilities, and complex health conditions. As the Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, provide leadership to a committed team, and ensure the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care to all residents. The home has an excellent reputation in the local area and has received "Good" ratings from CQC.
Registered Manager Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the care home, ensuring high standards of care
Support and develop a dedicated team of staff
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents and their families
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
