Registered Mental Health Nurse - Preston
£22.05 per hour | Paid Breaks | Day Shifts
We are seeking a compassionate RMN to join a leading family-owned healthcare provider with over 30 years of experience in delivering exceptional residential, nursing, and dementia care. With 21 care homes across the North West, our client creates supportive, happy environments for both residents and staff.
This purpose-built service in Preston offers care for 112 residents across 4 smaller houses. It provides general nursing care, residential dementia care, dementia nursing care, and a specialist male-only dementia care service. The home is rated "Good" by CQC and has a skilled, dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care in line with best practice, legislative requirements, and company policies
- Develop person-centred care plans, working collaboratively with residents, families, and the multi-disciplinary team
- Ensure the dignity, privacy, and preferences of residents are respected while promoting their independence and choice
- Manage medication in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of all individuals supported by the service
Essential Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a valid PIN
- Strong understanding of NMC Code of Practice and healthcare standards
- Proven experience in person-centred care planning
- Leadership skills and the ability to mentor others
- A passion for delivering high-quality care
