Registered Nurse (Nights)

Location: Liverpool

Salary: £19.50 per hour + Paid Breaks

Hours: Nights | 42 Hour Contract

 

About the Role:

Time Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (Nights) to join an award-winning care group. This organisation has been recognised as one of the Top 20 Mid-Size Care Home Groups and operates over 22 homes, specialising in luxurious care for the elderly and individuals with dementia.

The service is based in a historic Grade 2 listed building, renowned as a specialist palliative care and end-of-life home and has earned the Community Partnership Award for its exceptional service. This facility offers high-quality care within a 44-bed home, providing general nursing, palliative care, and care for those with mild dementia.

You'll join a dedicated team that includes a deputy home manager, long-standing home manager, and experienced auxiliary staff to ensure the best possible care for residents.

Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

- Administer medication and maintain accurate documentation

- Provide high-quality, compassionate care for residents

- Develop and implement care plans using advanced nursing techniques

- Collaborate closely with the care team to maintain a secure and supportive environment

- Provide specialised dementia and palliative care with a focus on mental capacity

- Respond swiftly to emergencies and follow safe moving/handling practices

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, including fire safety, infection control, and food hygiene
