Registered Nurse

Salary: £21.50 per hour + Paid Breaks

Hours: 36 to 48 hours per week (Days or Nights Available)

We are currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse for a well-established care home located in Bradford. This large facility offers 140 beds and provides a range of care services, including nursing, residential, and dementia care.

 

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding care to residents. The service is known for its excellent support from an experienced management team and a higher-than-average staff-to-patient ratio, ensuring you have the time and resources to provide the highest standard of care.

Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

Administering medication and maintaining accurate records

Delivering exceptional care to residents in a professional and compassionate manner

Developing and implementing effective care and treatment plans

Collaborating with the care team to ensure a safe and supportive environment

Providing dementia care with awareness and sensitivity

Assessing mental capacity in elderly patients

Responding to emergencies as needed

Ensuring infection control standards are met

Providing palliative care where appropriate
