Location: Westbury, Wiltshire (BA13)
Salary: £19.70 - £21.40 per hour
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time (24.5 hours/week)
Shift Times: 7:45 PM - 8:00 AM (weekends on a rota basis) - Nights
About the Registered Nurse Role:
An exciting opportunity has opened up for a compassionate and skilled Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join a well-established nursing service in Westbury, Wiltshire. This is a part-time night role, ideal for a nurse looking to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive and professional environment.
You'll be part of a friendly and experienced clinical team, providing exceptional care to residents with a range of nursing, palliative, dementia, and respite needs. The home features modern facilities including spacious bedrooms, relaxing lounges, and landscaped gardens, designed to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for residents and staff alike.
What You'll Be Doing as Registered Nurse:
Delivering safe, effective nursing care in line with best practices and current clinical guidelines
Creating and reviewing personalised care plans to meet individual health needs
Administering medication, dressings, and treatments with precision and care
Managing medical conditions and liaising with healthcare professionals and families
Leading by example and supporting junior staff to uphold care standards
Promoting dignity, independence, and well-being at all times
What We're Looking For from the Registered Nurse:
A qualified RGN with a valid and active NMC PIN
Up-to-date clinical knowledge and a commitment to maintaining best practices
A caring, patient, and empathetic nature with a passion for nursing
Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
The ability to remain calm and responsive under pressure
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
