Registered Nurse - Chorley
Salary: £19.02 per hour + £8 per hour for overtime
Shift Pattern: Day Shifts | 24 Hours Per Week
Location: Chorley, Lancashire
Time Recruitment is delighted to partner with a small, family-run care provider known for delivering exceptional nursing care across the North West. We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join an Outstanding-rated care facility in Chorley.
This nursing service provides specialised care in both general nursing and dementia care, accommodating up to 50 residents. The home has established an excellent reputation in the local area, thanks to its dedicated and skilled team who are committed to delivering person-centred care at all times.
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily care coordination on the general nursing unit, ensuring the highest standards of care for all residents.

Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
- Medication Management: Administer medications and maintain accurate records.
- Exceptional Care Delivery: Provide professional, compassionate care to all residents.
- Care Planning: Develop and implement personalized care and treatment plans.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Dementia Care: Provide sensitive and effective dementia care, addressing the unique needs of each resident.
- Mental Capacity Assessments: Assess the mental capacity of elderly residents when required.
- Emergency Response: React to emergencies as necessary and provide appropriate care.
- Infection Control: Ensure high standards of infection prevention and control are maintained.
- Palliative Care: Offer palliative care where appropriate, supporting residents through end-of-life care.

Previous experience in a care home setting is essential for this position.
