£45,000 + £70,000
Monday to Friday - Office Hours

Our client is a growing, and ambitious technology business that has just had its best year. They're looking to capitalise by adding to their thriving sales team in Manchester, by adding a Sales Manager.
The Sales Manager will report to an impressive Sales Leader who, who is driven, passionate, supportive, and loves developing people. They offer a 1st class L&D program & a clear development path to Director level.
The role:
* Sales Managers will manage 10 Salespeople who sell B2B in the UK Market
* Salespeople sell, upsell, and cross-sell multiple services, and use a consultative sales approach
* Implementing new ideas & a sales strategy
* Managing & motivating the team
* 121's, meetings, buzz sessions
* Set targets & KPI's
* Drive productivity & getting the team performing
* Training & coaching in a hands-on style
* Reporting into Senior Management
* Recruiting staff
The package:
* £45,000 salary
* £70,000 OTE
* 26 holidays & bank holidays
* Life Assurance
* Private Medical Insurance
Requirements:
Experience in B2B Sales Management is required
