You must have experience in - The ideal candidate will have previously had experience in constructing a Hotel, Student Accommodation over 7 stories high to be successful in their application.

We are looking for the Experienced Senior Site Manager to join one of the Market leading Construction and Refurbishment companies in the UK. You will be working on projects which cost around £30,000,000, so you will need to be comfortable e with working with big budgets and maximize the most out of it.

The site will have apartments across from the site which you can stay in to make your commute to work easier.

Site Set up will be: The Senior Site Manager, Contracts Director visiting 2-3 days a week, Site Manager, Site Engineer, Health & Safety Manager, Mechanical and electrical staff, Quantity Surveyor who will be there Tuesday-Thursday.

Duties and Responsibilities;
* Managing sub-contractors.
* Managing health & safety on site.
* Risk Assessments.
* Method Statements.
* Making sure the programme is up to date.
* Progress reports.
* Client Meetings Concrete frame is already up.
* Big scale project construction job.
