Job Title: Site-Based Project Manager

Location: London and South East Projects

Salary: £85,000-£85,000 per annum & Car Allowance, Healthcare & Additional Benefits

Company Overview: My client are a dynamic and growing organization specializing in delivering new build, fit-out, and refurbishment projects across the Education, Industrial, Commercial, and Healthcarae sectors.

With projects valued around £10M, their focus is on quality, innovation, and collaboration.

Job Description: The client are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Site-Based Project Manager to join their team. This is a Monday-to-Friday, site-based role, ideal for candidates in or near London, as the majority of work is in London and the South East region.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of projects (new build, fit-out, or refurbishment) up to £10M.

Design and Programme Management: Collaborate with design teams and oversee programme management to meet project goals and deadlines.

Costing & Budgeting: Work closely with the Quantity Surveyor to ensure accurate project costing and budget management.

Health & Safety: Oversee health and safety compliance, ensuring all protocols are strictly adhered to.

Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience managing construction projects up to £10M in sectors such as Education, Industrial, Commercial, or Hospitals.

Proficiency in handling fit-out, refurbishment, and new build projects.

Certifications:

CSCS Black Card

HND or HNC in a relevant field

NVQ Level 6

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

Candidate Profile:

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to manage design, budgets, and schedules effectively.
