My client is a Tier 1 Construction Company who are currently experiencing huge growth on their newbuild Student Accommodation, High-rise Apartments & Hotel sectors within the company.

Due to this growth, their pipeline within Scotland and the long duration they're on site for, they're currently recruiting for multiple Site Managers.

The current project we're recruiting for is 4 Newbuild High-rise Student Accommodation & Apartment blocks being built in Edinburgh. They're about to start the internal works on block 1 of four and are looking for an experienced Fitout Manager/ internal Site Manager/ Section Manager to manage the whole internal fitout across all floors in the block. On this current project there is roughly 2 years left for this role.
