Job Description: Site Manager - Rail Account
Location: Nationwide
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + package (includes van)

About the Role:
My client are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for their rail department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring safety, and overseeing day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Health & Safety on site.
Complete and maintain all necessary paperwork.
Conduct site inductions for new staff.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Work flexible hours as required by the rail industry.

Essential Qualifications:
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
First Aid Certification
CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
Asbestos Awareness

Requirements:
Flexibility to work at any time and nationwide.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
