Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Site Manager/Working Site Foreman to join their team due to company growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong trade background, and experience in both hands-on work for smaller projects and site management for larger ones. You will be responsible for overseeing health & safety, managing labour and subcontractors, and working on the tools when needed.
Day-to-Day Duties:
Ensuring health & safety compliance on-site
Hands-on involvement in smaller projects (e.g., joinery work)
Managing and coordinating labour and subcontractors
Overseeing project timelines and site progress
Delivering projects with values ranging up to £1 million,
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 7 am - 3 pm
Qualifications & Experience Required:
SMSTS & First Aid certifications
Previous management experience as a foreman or site manager
Strong trade background (preferred due to hands-on work required)
Office/Commercial fitout experience
Full/ clean driving licence
Team Structure:
You will work closely with a team of internal operatives and subcontractors, overseeing project delivery across the North West.
