Location: Roaming role. Office based in Bristol and visiting sites nationwide. Projects are usually within the Midlands, South West and South East of England.

Salary: £50,000-£52,000 + Car or Allowance (Salary review after 6 months)

Role Overview: The client are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee retail fit outs, specifically on the Tesco account. The successful candidate will split their time between the office and various site locations ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of retail fit out projects from inception to completion. - Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery. - Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards. - Conduct regular site visits to oversee work and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. -Writing the construction programme - Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders. - Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
Requirements: - Proven experience in project management within the retail fit out sector. - Strong understanding of the fit out process, including fast track fit outs. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in project management software and tools. -Ability to write the construction programme - Valid driver's license.
