Job Title: Site Manager
Location: UK wide - North west and Midlands upon initial start
Start Date: February 2025
Contract Type: Permanent
Hourly: £23.00ph
Package Includes: Company Vehicle, Car allowance, holidays, pension, and other benefits
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join an established construction company based in the South west. The role will involve managing site staff on quick turn around projects in Retail and Food & beverage fit outs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage subcontractors and coordinate day-to-day site operations
Conduct Health & Safety inspections, including regular site assessments
Oversee labour management and monitor project progress to meet deadlines
Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders.
Overseeing site operations for the retail- fit out projects.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget to the highest quality
Candidate Profile:
A passionate Site Manager with experience in retail fitouts
Trade or educational background in construction
SMSTS
CSCS (Black or Gold Card)
First Aid trained
Work Hours:
7am until 7pm - 12 days on 2 days off until project completion.
